LAST UPDATED: 2024These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rezyo’s website, mobile application and associated services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
01. Use of the Platform
- Eligibility The Platform is intended for students who are at least 13 years old. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this age requirement or have obtained parental consent.
- Account You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Acceptable Use You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You may not attempt to access or tamper with our systems, use the Platform to transmit harmful or illegal content, or infringe upon any intellectual‑property rights.
02. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including lessons, videos, simulations, text, graphics, logos and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Rezyo and is protected by applicable laws. You may access and use the content for personal, non‑commercial learning but may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
03. Payments
Some portions of the Platform may require paid subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscription terms (duration, renewal and cancellation policies) will be presented at the time of purchase.
04. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the content is error‑free or that access will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezyo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
05. Termination
Rezyo may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm other users or the integrity of our services. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
06. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
